At Afnan Perfumes, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every fragrance purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, items may be returned within 14 days of delivery provided they remain in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated customer support team via the portal or email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the unused perfume bottle in its original designer box and wrap it securely in protective bubble wrap to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Attach the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
